Forster Grange subdivision was the first significant land release in Forster for a number of years. Ditchfield was initially awarded the contract for Stage 1 to construct 41 lots and the Client subsequently awarded us Stage 2 involving construction of a further 61 lots.
Ditchfield scope included:
- Clearing
- Bulk earthworks, site regrading
- Construction of sedimentation ponds and bio filtration basins
- Storm water pipe and open drains
- Sewer services
- Water services
- Electrical
- Road pavement
- Asphalt
