- The Company was awarded the contract for the construction of College Rise Estate at Port Macquarie. The project was designed to further enhance the multi-award winning master-planned community of Sovereign Hills.
- The project involved 200,000m3 earthworks for 145 lots and the civil construction for 92 lots. Scope of works includes the construction of a large 8 cell box culvert structure across Partridge Creek. Internal civil works involve roadworks, stormwater drainage, subsoil drainage, sewer, watermain and power services
- Ditchfield also undertook the construction of the College Rise Park in conjunction with Stages 1C and 4B. The works include earthworks, water services and electricity, a feature rock wall, 1500 square meters of footpath in a combination of paver-lined exposed aggregate finish and paver-lined plain concrete finish, a state of the art playground including rubber soft fall, basketball court with bounce wall, park furniture, landscaping, retaining walls and a bio retention basin.
