- Ditchfield completed all various stages of the prestigious Seascape at Figtree Hill Estate taking construction to over 100 blocks for the award-winning developer
- Stage 1A and 1B, winner of the 2006 UDIA Award for Best Regional Development in NSW / ACT, is a meticulously designed estate providing most blocks with water views, and includes two central 5000m2 landscaped open space areas.This combined 100 block release involved earthworks including sediment ponds, rain gardens and koala corridor, pavements, stormwater, sewer and associated services including water, sewer, power and telecoms.
- Ditchfield was awarded the contract to undertake construction of Seascape Estate’s further release of 16 oceanfront residential acre blocks. Scope of work included associated road works, sewer, stormwater, services and landscaping.
