- 7 day week, 3 panel, 2:1 rotating roster until critical dates were met, followed by a single panel 10:4 roster
- 197,000 manhours LTI free
- Key tasks and quantities included:
- 52,000m3 of topsoil stripping;
- 33,000m3 key trench excavation, up to 9m in depth;
- 44,000m3 foundation drain;
- 700,000m3 embankment;
- 400m long, 80,000m3 spillway excavation and rock lining;
- 3,600m of clean water diversion drains;
- Crest road and seepage collection manhole
